Qualified electronic time stamp

Disig, a.s., as a qualified trust service provider, provides a qualified trust service of creating a qualified electronic timestamp within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS).

Qualified electronic time stamp is within the meaning of Article 3 (34) of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) electronic timestamp that meets the following requirements::

  • it binds the date and time to data in such a manner as to reasonably preclude the possibility of the data being changed undetectably;
  • it is based on an accurate time source linked to Coordinated Universal Time; and
  • it is signed using an advanced electronic signature or sealed with an advanced electronic seal of the qualified trust service provider, or by some equivalent method.

Electronic time stamp means data in electronic form which binds other data in electronic form to a particular time establishing evidence that the latter data existed at that time;

How can you order the service?

The service can be ordered electronically via our e-shop.

Ordering an increase of the prepaid Time Stamp Package - if you are interested in increasing the number of prepaid time stamps for an existing token, this service is also available on our e-shop under the name "Navýšenie balíka TS".

When will the service be activated?

Purchase via e-shop: The service is activated immediately after the purchase through the e-shop.

Purchase via an order: You will receive information about the activation of the time stamp service no later than 5 business days from the date of payment receipt.

You will receive information on activating the time stamp service no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the payment.

If you do not receive an activation mail within 5 days from the date of payment, please contact the sales department by calling +421 2 208 50 142 and inquire about the status of your order.

If the activation time or change is exceeded due to Disig, a.s., we will contact you and agree on further steps.

If you pay the invoice by bank transfer to another bank, you need to add the days of between bank payment transactions (usually 3 business days) to the activation time.

If your order for the service will be realized directly at Disig, a.s. and you make a cash payment, the service will be activated immediately.

How long is it possible to use the services?

You can use the services for a maximum of 3 years from the issuance of the access token and activation of the service.

How can you check the status of the timestamps taken on your token?

You can check the current status of taken timestamps from a purchased package by clicking the menu item on the left Status of taken timestamps.

The functionality of the timestamp status check service is conditioned by the presence of your authorization token in the certificate store of the browser you are using.
